Different type of story, but good one, I like the suspense. This time it’s Cam, Rafe and Laura story, they have a past and it came back. Loved their romance and it can be read as a stand alone too

I loved this book! It was funny, and frightening. I always love Bliss. I would totally live there. I also have to admit I didn’t figure out the killer until the end. That was scary.

Former FBI profiler Laura Niles lost her career when her colleagues dismissed her profile of the 'Marquis de Sade' serial killer as wrong, and nearly lost her life when the killer attacked her. Rejected by her bosses, co-workers, friends, and lovers she left Washington, DC without a word, eventually settling down in Bliss, Colorado. However, when the serial killer begins killing again, her ex-colleagues (and ex-lovers) Rafe Kincaid and Cameron Briggs (as well as a group from the FBI) descend on Bliss to protect Laura and get answers about the killer.

If someone crossed Criminal Minds with menage romance, they would bet Lost in Bliss. The suspense elements are compelling, though the identity of the killer isn't exactly difficult to figure out. The relationship between Cameron, Rafe, and Laura is emotional and fraught with problems, as she has to figure out if she still loves the two men who rejected her both romantically and professionally. I'm not sure I could, but then, I'm not a character in a romance novel.

Laura Niles took awhile to acclimate in Bliss, a woman from a past she ran from was quickly embraced by the town, but her own weariness about trusting others had her treading carefully. Five years later, Laura is a new women and although has had an occasional date she still pines for the two FBI agents who stole her heart.

Cameron Briggs and Rafe Kincaid have been searching for Laura, ever since she ran. They were not sure what they would find when they finally found her, but know she is the only one for them. Although they have not worked out the mechanics of a menage, they are willing to try for Laura.

Laura is not standing with wide open arms when she sees Cameron and Rafe, instead she pretends she is engaged and has both men chasing their tails. The one thing Laura underestimated though is the determination both men have to claim her, but the serial killer they have been hunting has found his way to Bliss and Laura is the one victim who got away.

Can I just say I love Sophie Oak. Like a fine wine her books are savory, spicy, and surprising. I always get a huge chuckle when I read about her Bliss characters and their is a lot of Max in this one (I love Max). Cameron quickly becomes a favorite in this book, he is sinfully all bad boy.

Not gonna say much but that it dragged and dragged. Same dialogue repeated to infinity about Laura listening to them. Even the other couples were condescending and just downright arrogant in some cases. The men were so immature and the women bitchy and boring. Hope the next one is better.

I listened to the audiobook and the narrators did a good job.
