A very sweet and touching read that'll make you love your pets even more (or even push you to go and adopt a pet if you have none). It was really quick to read and heart warming! Lovely book!

This was a good follow up to The One and Only Ivan. Also the audio book is done by Danny Devito so that's pretty great!

Cute, quick read. Bob is a character. Good to have Ivan and Ruby, Julia back along with some new characters for a lesson in forgiving yourself, and hope!

I really enjoyed this story which is basically a story narrated by a dog. The pages aren't filled with text but rather short conversational tales. The author tied in some of the storyline to the original story of Ivan which made for a nice sequel. The portion of the story portraying the flood was quite the adventure that easily kept me engaged. I think most readers who love Ivan will enjoy this book just as much. I'd recommend it for young readers 10 and older due to some mature topics concerning animal care.
