There is naïve, and then there is Opal, who believes "gullible" is written on the ceiling.

Buying a house through FB marketplace at a Starbucks with no lawyer, real estate agent, or notary -- this type of behavior is irresponsible for an adult woman.

I'm going to have a hard time reading about her being in a meaningful relationship and giving meaningful consent.

I absolutely adored this book. It was such a lighthearted and easy read, perfect for getting me out of a reading slump. The relationship between the two main characters was adorable and I appreciated the diverse representation.

i was surprised by Opal and how she took charge in the bedroom but it was so nice and refreshing.

Opal not needing to take a test to know she’s somewhere on the neurodivergent spectrum felt so nice to read for personal reasons.
