The narrative diverges a lot bit from the bigger picture, but this edition helps us go deeper into the plans of the side characters come into fruition, and to see how the relationship between Hades and Persephone is continuing to deepen.

I feel like this series is the epitome of the slow burn between Hades and Persephone. We get a bit more background from Persephone in this one, and it does make me interested in seeing where it goes next. Especially with that sort of cliffhanger at the end.

Though it's hard to keep all of the characters straight all the time (there's a lot in Greek mythology, honestly), most of the time it's easy to follow what's going on. My favorite thing about this series remains the art. Smythe's art style is so interesting, colorful, and engaging. I will definitely keep reading it just for that.

Love these characters! Love seeing them and their relationships develop. Love this format as I feel the time of the story move easier than reading one episode a week. Even though the drawing style is a more simple streamlined style, it just helps the characters stories shine and allow their personalities, emotions, and struggles be the focus. Love Hecate and Eros and Hermes support and love for Persephone. You really just want friends like them and of course Hades around in your life!!

It's really nice to be able to see the attention to detail that Smythe has in her illustrations on a larger scale compared to my smaller screen since the printed volumes are adapted from the webtoon.

It's so nice to go back and re-read the story as the comic is on hiatus but better to own my own copy. I'm still enjoying the modern settings and the way that Smythe has reconstructed the characters as she tells her narrative. It's a definite slow burn between Hades and Persephone as they're both still dealing with their own things as well as their trying to control their continuous flirtng, which is just not helping them.
A lot of additional characters have their moments in this volume as the romance takes a step back to allow the story to build on what was already introduced in the previous volumes plus the cliffhanger ending, again, on this one.

This volume collects episodes 103–126 of the Webtoon Comic
