I am a huge fan of Perry, but this felt somewhat short and rushed compared to her other works. Also, I wanted more about the setting and secondary characters, which Perry usually does so well. I will definitely continue with the series though.

Warm and fuzzy

Another beautiful story by Devney Perry! Overall the book gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling, like being wrapped in a comfortable blanket on a cold night. Not too much angst or heartbreak, and I didn’t want to shout at the characters for being idiots by sabotaging their on happiness! Just a lovely story with a swoon-worthy male lead.

I wasn’t sold on these characters as much as Deveny Perry’s other series, but I still loved them. Brooks was so sweet and Londyn’s inner conflict was poignant.
