2.5 Stars. Meant as more of a bathroom read I think, in that the stories are kind of repetitive but amusing so you’d really only want to read them one at a time. They’re silly and funny for what they are, though the humour can get a little close to the mark in the classism department. But really, I wouldn’t say there’s anything wrong with it if you can take a joke.

This book was very witty and funny and an altogether nice read. I likes how Asbosen flipped fairytales to be his own and gave them a modern and hilarious twist.

I thought this book was about dark retelling fairy tales, and when i read the first chapter (it's about snow white and the seven dads) it contained adult's humour that i cannot get into it, even though i quite enjoyed reading the first chapter. And when i read the whole story, i realize that i did not enjoy every minute in it.

There's no story i like, there's no story captivating me. All i could think when i read the book is i want to finish ii ASAP.

it's not a good start to read English book that i do not enjoy. Poor me.

The story contained Snow White and the seven dad. There's no Snow White we know before, it was just a 'slag' Snow White that slept with every dwarfs in the house. There is Rapunzel that change become Rapunz-L that had a good voice and end up with greedy Prince, there was a princess and the frog that end up with the 'Prince' frog left the princess because he just an *******.

And i don't want to talk about this book anymore.

Ps: I bought this book in BBW Bandung last year. I hope my second book that i bought do not disappoint me.

Think Jeremy Kyle mixed with Oprah, sprinkled with a hint of traditional story telling and welcome to tales of the people that the Ambulance service meet. A very modern take on the fairy tales with some good humor. The stories are short and easy to read. Made for some funny comparisons to people you may know in real life.

Funny in most parts but can be offensive in others. Also don't read this book if you are in anyway shape or form against animal abuse, there are a couple of scenes in here I found hard to chew.

I don't think there's much to review with this book, the title says it all I think.

It's a collection of fairy tales told in modern language using modern situations. The stories include Snow White and the Seven Dads, The Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Bailiff, Little Red Riding Hoodie, The Princess and the Oven Chip, Blingerella and Mouldy Locks and the Three Bears.

This book was quite funny to begin with, using situations such as The Jeremy Kyle Show in a story or two. In the end the book just got a bit repetitive, the female characters being 'blinged up' precocious princess's and the male characters being 'bad boy' drugged up chavs.

It's ok if you don't take it serious but to be honest with a title like The Asbo Fairy Tales, how can you take this serious, A quick and light hearted read.
