Holy shit was this a massive disappointment. I love Hook retellings and I loved some of the details that were woven in that make it a clear Peter Pan retelling (NevAirLand as an airline company name deserves a commendation!) but Hook was an epic disappointment as a character and Wendy was a whole new level of frustrating. There are better dark Peter Pan retellings out there, don’t waste your time. The author is clearly too vanilla to be writing something like this

A unique retelling of Peter Pan with a handful of references to the source material. You don't have to be a fan of Peter Pan to love this story.

Lovedddd this book. Read it faster than any book I’ve ever read. It kept me “hooked” the entire time. There were no slow parts what so ever in this book!

Looooove this book. Could not put it down. I listened to the audiobook (love Hook’s accent) when I wasn’t reading the physical book. If you’re a fan of Peter Pan then you’ll appreciate the Easter eggs hidden in the book that bring a sense of nostalgia while reading. Made me feel all the feels.
