Not written as a self-help book, but to the point about how the brain works. There are interesting stories that help conveying the message.

Interesting research, especially the lean/agile organization and short vs. long term vs. stretch goals, but some of the example stories are very long and didn’t feel that relevant

Nothing earth shattering here - If you have been following this genre of "self-help" books , social anthropology and group dynamics ; most of the topics would be familiar . Duhigg does quote some real life examples to go with the concepts which I found interesting ( Quantus / Airbus crash) , however it begins to drag towards the end .
