This was the first time I have ever read a book by Helena Hunting and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long!!! I loved this book so much!!! The characters, the chemistry and their banter was everything I love in a book. We had several laugh out loud moments in this story that had me in stitches! From vagina’s not being for sale and poor Terry who couldn’t handle the Mexican food it was so hard to keep a straight face.

This story wasn’t just fun and games and we had some serious moments as well. I really liked Rian since she was sassy and no nonsense. Pierce wasn’t your typical rich playboy and he really surprised me with his actions throughout this story. The secondary characters were entertaining and I do hope we get a book about Marley, Rains fraternal twin sister.

As I stated before this was my first read by Helena Hunting and it left me full on satisfied and this is the perfect summer beach read! I will be checking out past and future books from this author. Well done!

Rian Sutter is very careful with her money. When you used to have it, and now you don't, you shop carefully at the grocery store. When a well-dressed man with a luxury watch is staring her down in the aisle, she thinks he's a little creepy. Until he confronts her. Seems he's really wanting to confront her twin sister, Marley. From there, her take no shit attitude captivates Pierce, and he wants to get to know her better. Rian has a plan to flip houses, and for her and her sister to earn their own money recovering from a financial disaster they had nothing to do with. Pierce is renovating houses, and flipping them with his brother.

Rivalries fuel these two but the best part of the story, aside from the banter, is the fact that Rian isn't waiting for a savior. She's a math genius, very savvy, a hard worker, and a woman with a vision. She and her sister take care of each other, and the rest is eye candy.

I flipping loved I Flipping Love You. It make my romcom loving, HGTV watching heart happy. It can be read as a standalone. It is loosely connected to and set in the same world as Shacking Up and Hooking Up.

The majority of I Flipping Love You is set in The Hamptons. The heroine, Rian, and her twin sister, Marley, are hard at work trying to rebuild their life. They are realtors with big dreams of flipping houses. I love the twins. They are so different, but balance each other out. Rian is definitely a sassy, fun heroine. The hero, Pierce, is spending the summer, away from the city, helping his brother fix up houses.

Rain and Pierce are a fun couple to read about. They have amazing chemistry. I loved the banter between them. I Flipping Love You is a perfect summer read.

I voluntarily reviewed an early copy of this book.

This was an amazing book! I laughed, and loved, and flipped those pages. Such a great story, and the characters are so real, it's like you are a part of the story, and only a wonderful storyteller can put you there. This is a sure fire hit.

I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Rian is just trying to live her best life. She works with her sister in real estate and dabbles with flipping houses. One day while grocery shopping a man stops her and tells her she owes him for hitting his car and fleeing the scene. Rian did not hit his car, her twin sister did. This man, Pierce is infuriating. He makes no qualms that he finds her attractive. She makes sure he knows she thinks he's an asshole, even if she thinks he's a good looking one.

Pierce doesn't need the money to fix his car, he's well off but its the principle of the thing. Also when he meets Rian he likes her, and he wants her. Having never seen her around the Hamptons before, its kismet that he keeps seeing her now. How can he convince her that he wants to actually get to know her and more than that?

They both feel the attraction. Rian though doesn't want to give into it, she doesn't date good looking, she's looking for more than attraction. Soon though, their relationship becomes more than just a fling, more than just casual sex. They start catching feelings, and then Rian has to come clean about her past.

I loved their banter, Rian isn't a shrinking violet that lets people walk all over her. A strong woman, she did blame herself for things beyond her control. Once she shared all of her secrets and knew Pierce's she didn't feel like she was less than, she didn't believe that she didn't deserve the love he was offering her. This book was fantastic! I did not read any of the other books in this series, but I didn't feel like I missed anything at all. I do hope we get to see Lawson's story, even if he is a jackass.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of reading a Helena Hunting novel, you need to stop what you are doing and download one STAT! And to think, I almost passed on reading Pucked because someone took issue with the gratuitous use of the word beaver and I worried that I would too. Not the case and since then, I’ve read everything I could get my hands on. Ms. Hunting’s books are such light, funny, easy reads and I enjoy them so much.

I Flipping Love You is book number three in the Shacking Up series. They are all stand alone but do yourself a favor and start with Shacking Up. You won’t be disappointed.

I managed to go into this book without reading any descriptions. All I knew is that this was about flipping (duh, the title) and that Amalie’s brother Pierce was one of the main characters. After Bane and Lex, I knew I was gonna fall in love with Pierce too.

Rian, who’s in real estate, and Pierce, a lawyer who’s side hustle is flipping houses with his younger brother, meet in the most awkward of situations. Despite the immediate fireworks, Rian shuts Pierce down because the cocky asshole is too tempting. After multiple run-ins, where Pierce grows on her like a barnacle, Rian submits and queue explosions.

Things are never as simple as we’d like and our lovebirds soon find themselves on competing ends of the flip market. Can business and pleasure remain separate when hearts are involved? Throw in the fact that Rian has some walls up a mile high to guard some mega secrets and you'll understand the obstacles these two face.

All in all, this was such a light-hearted read which I really needed. Glad I can count on Ms. Hunting to deliver!

Thank you to Netgalley and St. Martin's for the ARC.
