Riddled with lies and false medical assumptions. Stay away.

I skimmed this book given to me by a friend. The author is absolutely a follower of religious science: cancer etc is within your control. I went to churches w/ these beliefs during my childhood and am so thankful I became a Christian during college. I so strongly disagree w/ the beliefs in this book that I don't want / plan to read it fully.

I'm new to affirmations so some of this seems really 'out there' for me. But there was plenty in the book to help change my thinking.

Most amazing book I have ever read. It touches your heart in a way that is indescribable. I'm so very glad that the universe manifested this into my life :)

This is truly one of the most dangerous books I’ve ever read. Major side eye to every influencer who’s recommended this. It leans heavily into pseudoscience and claims that cancer, HIV/AIDS, and basically any illness is brought on a patient through negative thinking. I would give this negative stars if I could.
