This story jumps very rapidly from scene to scene, with barely a chance to get acquainted with who, why and where. I struggled to separate two early characters, and most subsequent characters are either entirely opposed to the MC or instantaneously onboard with his objectives, allowing him to proceed through the scenes so rapidly.
A lot of the time I was left wondering what was going on, why folks were suddenly so willing to do a plot-progressing point, and how they instantly got to the next location.
