I might be a little biased with this one because not only do I love cats, but I read this book in a cat cafe.
Honestly, it's fun, gives you a laugh, and the poems are paired perfectly with the photos.
I'd recommend this one if you're a cat lover.

After getting the book with haikus written by dogs for my best friend, I couldn't help myself and also needed to read the one with haikus written by cats, of course! :D
As mentioned in my other review, haikus are traditional Japanese poems, the shortest poems in the world. They usually have three sentences going in the order 5 syllables 7 syllables and then 5 syllables again. Moreover, the idea of a haiku is "cutting", which is to say that there is a cutting word (kireji) funtioning as a punctuation between the juxtaposition of two images or ideas.
Thus, this little book has poems written by cats about their lives with humans and what they think about the whole affair. As you can imagine, the book is full of snark (yes, even more than the dog one) and talks about hilarious things such as castration, children, stroking one's fur the right way etc.
Once again, the haikus are accompanied by sometimes pretty and more often funny images of cats, sometimes even with theirowners staff. Here are a few examples (two, because one doesn't show the entire photograph):
I had a lot of fun reading these and can recommend the book not only to cat-lovers.
