Wow, what an explosive start to a story... upfront tension and angst galore, before mellowing out and letting Kyle and Logan actually learn about each other as people instead of just lust filled objects...

I love the chemistry between these two and Kyle's persistence. I found the pacing a little jarring, especially the end, but I do appreciate that sometimes external factors can make us re-evaluate our stance on things. I also appreciate that the relationship crisis was early in the book.

Where do I even start??? So, of course you read Oblivious Roommate and you read about Logan. Little arrogant, little cocky, little jerkish. But, his story needed telling, too. Cause no way was that how we were supposed to remember him. So….here is Logan’s story.

Logan is a mid twenties transplant from Texas who works with horses, and still wears a sexy cowboy hat. He is a tall drink of water and has all the boys thirsty. Especially Kyle. Who Logan sees briefly, feels an instant lust connection, and proceeds to have a one time fling with. Never guessing that he’d be the man that is supposed to be marrying Logan’s cousin.

Kyle is an early twenties sweetheart who kind of gets swept along when stronger personalities swoop in. Hence the reason he is marrying a strong female but hooking up with a stranger for a one off. When he sees that one off and finds out Logan is his fiancés cousin

Tropes:
- Enemies to lovers
- Forced proximity

Me encantó!

Nota: Recibí una copia anticipada de este libro de Gay Romance Reviews y esta ha sido mi honesta reseña.

(EN) Second book I read from this author and she has already become an auto-buy for me. She writes extremely lovable characters with whom is easy to empathize and that is my weak point. If we add that she manages to make us laugh with her stories, we can't ask for more.
The story begins with Logan having a one-night stand with a certain Kyle. The next day he attends to her cousin's wedding and realizes that the aforementioned is nothing other than the groom!!!
So we have a character who, having read the first book of the series, we aren’t very fond of and a new one who is a cheater. Awsome! But... they both end up being super cute and we read the whole book wishing that they have their happy forever.
I loved it!

Not my Groom by Devon Doe was another funny and lighthearted grumpshine romance,

I hate weddings. But I love free food.

Logan got burned one time too many, so ONS are his MO and lucky him, he’s able to pluck a ripe peach right before the dreadful wedding of his cousin!
(Un)fortunately the ONS turned groom to be and Logan is livid!

It’s pleasure, it’s pain, it’s delicious and emotional while also being so harsh and raw. All that matters is that he’s holding me, touching me, that he’s inside me.

After an unforgettable night, Kyle is …confused … and slightly obsessed. Too bad, that it’s not his bride to be, that occupies his mind 24/7.

His home and his presence smell like safety.

An unexpected situation forces them to a proximity of convenience situation and Kyles character development was a true delight. Logan however is deadset that he’ll never ever commit again!

I don’t regret the hundreds of miles I’ve driven to reach this man, even if this night were to be all I get from him.

I could totally feel Logan, after being burned one time too many, he’s a commitmentphobe galore, while Kyle is relentless! Okay, so I really like my characters obsessed and weird, lovely in the crazy kind of way and Logan&Kyle delivered. The nuances in their dynamics changed over the span of this story and were a mix of wholesome and hot but also tease and denial, so much fun!
The cast of „Rainbowology“ was yet another delightful support, to give more growth to our MCs (especially Kyle) and I’m so curious about all their personal stories! An incredible add on this time was the super solid HEA and a rather cute follow up bonus story!
