Ok, it's losing me. I'm just having a hard time following the plot now, and I find that's mostly because I don't really care. I might tough it out for another volume or two because these are such quick reads, but I'm going to need to see some forward motion.

I received a stack of these mangas as the result of a book swap on Ravelry. Inuyasha is a guilty pleasure from my failed community college days, when I would stay up until all hours of the night to watch repeats of the anime on Cartoon Network. I recently discovered that the entire series is on Hulu, which has renewed my love of the series. As I usually do with this kind of thing, I’m enjoying comparing the manga to the anime. So far, it is very similar, but there are some things in the translations that are much funnier in the book. I'm still working on catching up to where I've watched on the anime, hopefully I can do more of that in August, because these are quick fun reads :)
