Ridiculously cute. The ending was obvious from a mile off, but it didn't make the story any less enjoyable.

My biggest issue was Gideon's mustache

Great story, lovely, cute, sweet

Contains: single dad, manny, boss.

When you banned man of your life but you fall for your manny, things can get a little bit unplanned. The food poisoning and the one bed sharing is just part of the deal. Nothing out of extraordinary there, no feeling at alllllll. Right!? Right. Just dive in this sweetness lovely story and cute baby and let them swoon you.

I should be mad that this wasn’t a good read because it had potential but hey! You win some, you loose some. The single dad and manny trope was definitely something but everything else was just FLAT.
The first FUCK UP was writing this in third person and I don’t get the whole adopting sisters children thing. I mean it’s adorable but that’s bound to get exhausting. I really hated the continuous mention of Gideon’s mustache.

Gideon and Toby

These two men were the sweetest. Gideon had his own demons to fight but with Toby's patience and understanding he found a partner who would support him and his needs. Little Benson was adorable as he brought these men together. This was a cute and sweet read.

Cute and low angst like N.R. Walker tends to be. I dig the manny scenario in general but this was very baby centric, I would have toned the baby stuff down just a little bit, or at least added something more in to balance it. Nice, but not the funniest or the most interesting one from this author

The characters were cute but it dragged a little near the end.

Absolutely loved this book. It’s a fairly quick read, low angst, predictable story. The romance is a bit slow burn, at least to start. There is little plot and it’s more of a slice of life romance. I found it enjoyable to escape into Gideon and Toby’s world for a while.

The way adoption is talked about/thought about in this book may be triggering to adopted people or first/birth moms. I found those parts a bit cringey after being educated on adoption.
