What a heartwarming wrap-up to the Skypiea arc! The flashbacks in that penultimate panel and scene were beautifully done—truly one of the most emotional and memorable moments in One Piece for me. Oda has a way of tying everything together in such a satisfying way that it hits you right in the feels.

That said, my recurring gripe with One Piece continues to be the villains, especially the new ones introduced in this volume. They often feel too over-the-top and while I get that One Piece thrives on larger-than-life characters, I wish the antagonists had a bit more variety, complexity, and nuance. It would be great to have villains who’s in contrast with the crazy and quirky characters like Luffy, Usopp, etc. I’m hoping for more characters like Crocodile and Eneru.

What a good ending to an arc! I really liked the panels when Ruffy got th bell ringing. And the last time Enel is shown really just hammers in how unhinged he is, but it's also kind of really sad when you think about it.
Spoiler The fact that the Wide World he was talking about was the moon? That's wild! Also that he doesn't want to share anything with anyone.
His is a sad existence ... and that was my deep thought for the night.
My only disappointment is that the next thing in the series is the Foxy gang. I'm pretty sure I thought it was boring the first time I read it, so boo.

A nice conclusion to Skypiea. I will admit it was a little underwhelming. I don’t feel like I fully understand the ending and how it caused the defeat of Eneru. But, given the background given in volume 31, it was an ending. I feel it was a rushed ending and rushed reasoning for the ending. I do feel the post battle scenes were great and loved getting right from one arc to the next.

La serpiente me hizo llorar. Lo único que no me gusta es cuando empezamos el próximo arco (mí menos favorito y el que eliminaría al 100%)
