this book had a really unexpected ending but in a positive way! I went into this expecting a really cliche 2010's YA novel but it's honestly so much more. Jeff is a very relatable character and even his "angry" moments weren't annoying (which tends to happen in these mental-health YA books honestly)
I was super happy when Jeff turned out to be gay! I'll take any LGBT rep I can get. I also really liked the coming out scene.
