Again I absolutely fell in love with this book. I love how the slow burn romance continues in this next book and how how real life issues are handled accurately in the books. While it has fictional aspects it also has real life issues and solutions, too. Just like the first book the second is beautifully written and pulls you in and keeps you pulled i .

Just as much high-angst and drama-filled goodness as the first! Aiden is as dreamy as ever, and there's even discord amongst the group as Amelia struggles to keep her secrets secret and enjoy the time she has left.

Also had the audiobook of this, and the narrator is AMAZING, really capturing Amelia's essence and bringing such extra life to all of the character voices. I can't wait to read book 3!

3/5 fun, easy summer read. Even though it’s set in winter.

Not to get confused with the kind of low rating, or is it low?, but compared to the first book it kind of lacked. Okay, AMAZING BOOK, but not as good as the first book. 7 out of 10. Still love the impossible book boyfriend, istg authors do that on purpose, and still love Amelia. There's this vibe that red haired main protagonists give off, or maybe its just me, but they're amazing and I can never get to hate em'. The twins are amazing>>>

I mean I love the mysteries in this series, but they're kinda predictable like in the first book it was kind of obvious to me that Ryan was his step-brother after Aiden had mentioned he had one, or
Spoilerwhen they saw the mayor's posters and you could plainly see it was his father.

And I absolutely adored the characters in the last book, and don't get me wrong I still do. But, Charolette COME ON? I mean I did want like the whole group is dating and everyone is happy kind of vibe, but if you don't like him you don't like him. But what's the point of torturing pour Chase, even though she knew that he liked her and saying nothing about it. She could have told him without him getting hurt. And I know Chase doesn't have any "claim" over Char, like Amelia said, but since they were after all best-friends for year, he deserved her at least telling him that right?

Noah, this diva, ruled the book again. It would have been kind of dull without him.
SpoilerAnd I still don't think Anna's brother was the one that killed good ol' ( leave the good out of it ) Greg. I have a supicion it was Tony. And two books gone? Not one appearance. I'm kind of scared of him now, he's planing something

I read the next few chapters of the third book if there is going to be one at the end of this book, and wowww Kaitlyn got an attitude glow up. From bratty entitled I-own-the-place six year old, she matured to a bratty entitled I-own-the-place seventeen year old. And now she knows something. I really liked the book and it kept me hooked all through it. Also did I say how amazing Aiden is? Like WOW-

This book picked up right after the last one ended. It was really good. I love all the story lines happening and the mystery keeps getting more and more in-depth. What I wasn’t the biggest fan of was her mom being so absent when she knows her daughters in danger and then just nonchalantly being like ‘we’re moving.’ You see that your daughter made friends and likes where she’s at, you’re never home, and yet you want to uproot her. Not my favorite.
I had a sneaking suspicion about the mystery revolving around Aiden. Definitely didn’t see the ending. Had a feeling something like that would happen but wow. I love Amelia’s group of friends. I love how they all support one another. Can’t wait to start the next book!

Drama went a bit far in this one but this was still good!
I'm very surprised with how much I like this series since me and wattpad stories don't get along well.
