Ok, my review game has been off for a bit, so excuse me if I'm a tad rusty. I had an ARC copy of this book, with what is truly the most stunning cover (not the one here), and I picked it up for that reason, and for its author. I'm picky about my YA, especially sci-fi, so that was probably not the best plan. I'm sure that the final copy of this book is a good time. The world-building and characters are fun, although the story leaves something to be desired. But altogether with it being an ARC, it was a eh from me.
Graphic: Death, Gore, and Violence
Moderate: Transphobia, Bullying, and Child abuse
Minor: Confinement, Emotional abuse, and Fatphobia

I did enjoy this! The pacing was a little weird - I have no idea how much time actually passed in the story. I loved the characters and did not know what to expect half the time. XD Will definitely read the sequel.
Graphic: Injury/Injury detail, Murder, Genocide, Violence, and Death
Moderate: Body shaming, Grief, Gun violence, Medical content, Xenophobia, Gore, War, and Mental illness
Minor: Bullying, Transphobia, Child abuse, and Fatphobia
