This book started out very slowly for me and I had trouble remembering what had happened in the 2nd book since it had been a few years since I read it. About halfway through it got much better and I thought the ending to this trilogy was satisfying. I would like to re-read from the beginning some day.

Cronin just doesn't know when to stop. He goes on and on about people you don't know and don't care to know. Then there's a pause and you nod and smile and begin to back away, thinking he's finally finished, but he just starts all over again while you're screaming inside, regretting ever starting that conversation. Oh well, live and learn.

My true rating of the book is 1 1/2 stars.
I found the only entertaining chapters to be about Zero's life and the epilogue.
The rest was just a bunch of crap compiled together to give us some sort of ending.

I wish the Epilogue wasn't, but nethertheless, this is a masterpiece.
