This book was free on kindle, but it's not good, for a few reasons. All the stories are run together in the layout, so it's hard to tell where one ends and the next begins. It's written in old-timey, stilted English, so it's tricky to find the humor. It also censors references to really mild "obscene" things like farts and pee, which is distracting and makes it even harder to find the humor. So a lot is getting lost in translation.
My previous exposure to these stories had been through someone actually telling them, so this book does not compare to that experience even a little bit.
