It feels so great to finally add this book to my “Read” shelf. Like our MC’s, my life has been hella busy and I’ve lacked the time/focus to read. Unlike the MC, the cause of that has not been murder, theft, and kidnapping (Kidd-napping)?
One of my favorite things about this series is Sam’s internal dialogue and being able to retain her sense of humor, no matter what situation she finds herself in. This book in particular manage to do that while allowing Sam to “grow up”, and actually think problems through before acting on a whim.
