This has been my favorite book of the series so far. They release magic and whoop the king of adarlans ass. Plus, Rowan and aelin confess their love to each other and kiss. I’m obsessed!!!!

Just WOW. SJM has done it again. This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride. These characters have already come so far and have grown so much from the first book! I can’t say enough great things about this series. Now on to the tandem read!

Where do I even start? All hail the new righteous king, Dorian! Thank the gods he’s now king. Thank everyone! I’m happy the king of assassins is also dead, way to go guys. I’m over the moon about Aelin and Rowan, like over the actual moon about them right now. Swoon. I’m just happy with the book overall, the only thing that didn’t make it a five star is that Manon is still helping the Duke under the loyalty of her plans. Just kill him already!
