Brian Wilson telling mainly stories of his life. Rather disjointed but in a more 'casual recount' way than a fault of the book. If you don't have a pretty good knowledge of The Beach Boys' discography, you will miss out on a lot of the references. However, the emotional, often sad stories of Brian's mental struggles will be of interest to anyone.
