Do not buy the hard copy. Get the audio because these two are just amazing!

This was super quick listen on Audible that made it feel like they were casually talking to me about their lives and relationship. They are so normal and funny and love each other so much. I admire them!

The audio book was enjoyable. Felt like you were listening to a podcast by them. The absolute adoration of his wife by nick Offerman is incredibly refreshing! Makes them feel more normal!

Nick and Megan are relationship goals! Love their back-and-forth banter! Definitely recommend the audiobook—absolutely hilarious and earnest!!

I thought I would be annoyed, but I actually did find this book charming in spite of myself and did really enjoy and learn from their discussions about art, creativity, reading, puzzles, and the things we pursue that give us life.

LISTEN TO THE AUDIOBOOK.
I thoroughly enjoy the comedic personas of both Nick and Megan but I think I would have been thoroughly annoyed if I tried to read this book. I was even a little annoyed as the audiobook started. It feels like, at times, the two just sat down with a broad topic and started talking with very little preparation or focus. Because they are both hilarious, I got over that and just relaxed and let myself enjoy their audible antics. I laughed and took life a little less seriously while listening to this book. It was worth it but certainly has an almost overly relaxed style that I do not think would work in print.
