This one was super interesting. Loved the twists for this.
Also quite a cool little meeting between them very different and I liked that.
I'd hesitate to say possibly my favourite so far.

Hmmm.... I have to say, lately when I picked up Miss Stoker's book, I am bit weary. I do remember I like Miss Stoker's book. I like her idea to have many series involving these magnificent alpha male military heroes.Â
But I have to confess, after so many, I am bit bored. Cause the story seems recycle over and over again. Defending Zara is a story about Hunter who take Zara to USA and brain wash her about the idea of freedom.Â
Well I can not say I really like 100% of the story. The romance is predictable. I have to admit I fall asleep in the middle of the story due to boredom. I guess I am expecting much more.Â

Is it just me or Stokers loves to end her books with a bang?
Like seriously it wasn’t enough that the book was so goddamn good.
To be honest I was suspicious because what better way to supervise a group than being there and watching over them without them knowing that it’s you, and you're way closer than they think?
Damn smart I tell you.
I loved all the ups and downs of this book. I lost count of how many times I finished reading a chapter only to go back and read it again. I just couldn’t stop reading.

Heart pounding
This one was quite the heart-pounder. It almost never slowed-down.
While on a mission in Peru, things goes south and Meat finds himself separated from the group. Zara takes a battered Meat to a local w/o!an with more medical experience to help him.

I truly believe this one is the most intimate of the Susan Stoker books I’ve read and that total is now 11. I have one more left in this series and man, oh man, I am jazzed.
If someone dies at the end of this series, I am going to be livid.
