I did not realize going in that this was a novella, which left me a little disappointed. Just as I was getting into the story, it ended. Given the writing up to the abrupt ending, I would have liked to read more of the story. I am not a fan of serial novellas. Why not just put them all together and make one long book? But that is my preference. I won't be reading any more of these tidbits, but if Woelf Dietrich ever writes a complete novel I will certainly grab it. He has some amazing potential.
