I need to stop reading this series. This installment was horrible. The author feels the need to spend the first 20 pages of the book re-explaining who everyone is, their odd personality traits and their relationships to each other. Magdalena Yoder is a Mennonite woman who lives in Hernia, PA and runs a bed and breakfast. She is married to a retired Jewish cardiologist and is the wealthiest woman in town. Since she bank rolls the police, she is involved in solving murders and this town has a lot of those. This times novelist that wrote a horrible story about the town was killed. The novelists name is Ramat Sreyem which is the real author of this book spelled backwards. The horribleness just continues from there. The book is supposed to be funny but just isn't.
