This book was definitely a grumoy/sunshine slow burn with really good found family. A very cute book that's easy to read but has some really great backstoy and traumas too. Would definitely recommend not just got Halloween. Felt a tiny bit like Practical Magic.

I really enjoyed it until the plot twist, then I was so annoyed I skipped through the end.

Definitely one of my favorite books of this year- the perfect witchy, heartfelt, feel-good book I’ve been looking for. Like Practical Magic meets Emily Henry. This one is definitely going on the favorites shelf!

A light read focused on how we all need (and deserve) to have a place in this world where we feel safe and loved. A fun read also for fall as I love witch books during spooky season.
