I need to scream! I need the next book like now! Twisted started so damn good, but Obsessed took the story in a whole new level. We got a lot more about Kader, Laurel is still trying to figure him out and falling apart within this book. Kader is so damn complicated that gets you wondering within each chapter. This characters are becoming an all time favorite. So many twists, turns and cliffhangers, yes you will be left wondering for days and days. Hopefully next book will be out soon! A phenomenal 5 star!!!

I’m already impatient for book 3! I’m so engrossed in Kader and Laurel’s story!! You get to see Sterling in this one who is from the Secrets trilogy. 😍 Don’t have to read it first but definitely read it after! Cliffhanger that is frustrating but doable since the 3rd book is coming shortly!

Obsessed picks up right where Twisted left off. This is not a standalone and you MUST read book 1 before starting this one.

Kader and Laurel’s story continues and becomes even more of a tangled web. Some questions were answered, but many more questions also came up. This story has weaved a web that I can’t want to untangle. Someone is after Laurel’s formula, but who? Who hired Kader to kill her? What is next for Laurel and Kader?

This book sucked me in. I couldn’t put it down, I had to know what was going to happen next. I loved that Laurel was standing up more to Kader and not letting him just use her. Of course, this book not only had suspense and drama, it was HOT. The chemistry between Kader and Laurel was hotter than ever!

We got some insight into Laurel’s background and how her past somewhat intertwined with Mason and his sisters. More importantly, we got to know what happened to Kader, we got to learn so much more about his back story and we are starting to understanding what made him the man he is today.

Of course, like Twisted, Obsessed also ended on a major cliffhanger. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor and was willing the next book to magically appear!

I can’t wait to see what is in store of Kader and Laurel in Bound.

We learn even more about Kader and Laurel with a bunch of new twists and turns. Once again Aleatha has left us with an ending that is truly jaw dropping! One of those endings that you flip the book over, push your Kindle next side, and are baffled that the narration is over on your audiobook. I did see some of the twists coming but regardless of the foreshadowing because I have read all the connecting books....someone new coming into the series will be thrown back and left speechless!

This specific video review will be included in the July 2019 wrap-up.

Oh my goodness… I mean, can this story get more tangled?? Trust me it does with Obsessed and the webs that Romig is weaving leave your head spinning and begging for more! With the second installment, you get more into what is going on behind the scenes with Laurel. What she was working on, how it was intertwined with all these players that wanted her research by any means necessary. Then we have Kader. The ties that are explained in this one make so much more sense now. But now it also begs the question, what will come now that things have surfaced. My heart shattered not just for Laurel for everything she is going through but also Kader. What he has endured and now is raging a war in his mind over it. The connections have been made but how will it all play out.
Overall, I am blown away at the depth that Romig writes. Her words flow flawlessly and I find myself wrapped up in this twisted world that she has created. It makes me want to go back and read it all over again, that is how good this series is shaping up to be. While this one isn’t as action packed per say compared to the first book, it is just as intense and insane as the first. Now, I wait for the third book and I am honestly dying for it. I need answers stat!!

I didn’t want it to end *sobs*. I knew Aleatha would leave me hanging *wails*. Life is so unfair *stomps feet*.

Just like the ice around Kader’s house is melting drip by drip by drip, the truth is starting to be unveiled and the walls around his heart are crumbling.

The first reveal, I felt so stupid. How did I miss the connection? Once that penny dropped it was like I’d won the big money drop in Vegas. Penny, after, penny, after penny.

The sex is hot but as always Romig books are so much more than a romp with an Adonis. Story lines that pack a punch. Plot twists you never saw coming. Clever hints that reveal just enough to make you think you know it all then BAM, all you thought you knew is dust. Think again. Build again.

When I read Twisted, I needed gin. Now I need a giant bag of Haribo and a tub of ice cream.

I have to say that I am new to Aleatha Romig. The first books of hers that I have read was from the Web of Sin trilogy. From there I was hooked and had to move on to the Tangled Web Trilogy and I’m loving Laurel and Kader (Mason) in this book. I got really excited for Laurel at one point in this book and then, BAM, that ending.

Didn’t see that happening and can’t wait to see what Kader does in Bound. Shew, I need that book NOW!

Wow!

Obsessed has successfully blown my mind in ways that I didn’t think Aleatha Romig could.

This book continues the story of Laurel and Kader from where the first book left off. Their relationship is starting to develop more and more and Kader is feeling more emotions than he ever remembers having.

While they are still trying to figure out who paid Kader to go after Laurel, more mysteries start to come to light.

Their story will keep you on the edge of your seat trying to guess what is coming next. Full of suspense and angst this book if perfection and I honestly cannot wait to read the conclusion to this trilogy!!

Bring on Bound because I HAVE to know what happens next!!
