A very touching tribute to the legendary 'Indian of the Group', part-autobiography, part-tour log and discography, I learnt more about the early Zappa years than I have from most of the more recent books I have read on the subject. JCB's voice really comes through in the text, while his exploits take the story of the Mothers (and then the Grandmothers) well beyond 200 Motels territory. Recommended reading for all Zappa fans!
