The point of this book seems to be there is absolutely no problem that demon magic can't solve nearly instantly, no boundaries on the magic either so anything could happen and randomly did. The worst part though was the demon constantly talking to the reader- so damn annoying. Also, no revenge for the bad guys. There was one slight revenge taken and we didn't get to see it, only hear about it afterward and not even in detail. Each time you thought you'd actually get a plot, it melted away. Scotty was an absolutely wonder character though and the reason I didn't put this book down.

This is a new to me author, and I’m so glad I read this book. Totally different take on the other demon books in the series. Gremory and Scotty were just an amazing pair. I loved the whole idea round this book. I will certainly be reading more by this author now x

This story is basically a small town business against the big developers, and a slow, angst-free and rather anticlimatic romance. Normally, I'd be pretty bored, these things are not really my scene. But this book manages to be charming and interesting with its paranormal take. We're getting the demon's PoV with a lot of metaphysical stuff. I mean, 'stuff' is not a very eloquent word here, because the story is quite beautiful. The demon is also a sweetheart but it all fits the setting. I would definitely recommend this to most people. While you wont find huge twists and turns, there's a sweet and rather magical romance here.

Curiosity Caught the Demon by Travis Beaudoin
Possessive Love, multi-author series

“I want to stay here with you, and let my body grow old beside yours. I want to laugh with you and take care of you. I want to eat the food you prepare and dry the dishes you wash. I want to walk on the beach with you, even in the autumn when we have to cling to each other for warmth. And when you’ve lived out your days and lie down for the last time, I want to know that—for us—death is not the end. I want to be at your side forever, Scotty. Forever.”

Scott’s need and sadness is an unusually intense pull that makes Gremory investigate the human whose tug on him is so strong he can feel it from the underworld. Gremory decides to stay and help Scotty with his Curiosity Shop and a nefarious plot afoot that could affect the entire village of Mystic Cove.

You know how demons are evil, torment sinners and collect innocent souls? Well, not in this version of Hell! The way Gremory and his Dukedom are described in the beginning of the book is so fascinating an just pulls you right into the story.

Gremory is the most cinnamon roll demon I’ve had he pleasure of reading about. All he wants to do is to help Scotty and protect him. Highly recommend another fantastic book in this fun series perfect for spooky month.

I'm not crying. you're crying in the most beautiful sould satisfying way. This was my first book by this author, and if he writes in this beautiful poetic sort of way always, he now will have a fan for life.
The book is written from Gremory (the demons pov) and omg the humor is subtle and delightful that just draws you in, he was brought to earth by a wish from Scotty (not on purpose, mind you) to give him hope in saving his antique shop after his grandma's passing. The two are immediately drawn together, and Gremory does all that he can to build up Scotty to he the man he was always meant to be. Their relationship is just easy and beautiful.
The ending is just one of those that will stay with you as sad but not sad and all so satisfying, truly a remarkable read.

Cute story and very well written.
It was very poetic.
Some scenes were kinda slow but the all thing worked for me.

I loved this book. It was very low angst. Very interesting sexy times. And so much sweetness. It was beautiful.

I've read demon books before but none quite like this one. Gremory was sweet and nice and interesting. Scotty was pure and sweet. I loved these two together.

They both were able to teach the other things they wouldn't have otherwise known. Gremory learned to be less vengeful and Scotty learned that not everything is as it seems.

I wish Ryan and Coral would've gotten their comeuppance but I suppose that ended like it was supposed to.

The epilogue was amazing. I don't think there could have been a more perfect ending to this beautiful story.
