I truly enjoyed this book. This is the second chance for Henry to find true love - but will it be with Jax or Easter...or both? Julia McBryant writes in such a way that the reader can actually feel like they are in the heads of her characters. Highly entertaining, highly volatile (at times) and extremely emotional. If you are looking for honest connections and loads and loads of time between the sheets - this is the book you need to read.

This book had a different take on the MMF relationship that I hadn't read before. Easter and Henry start a relationship almost instantly. They both are a bit broken and Henry must convince Easter to start a relationship with him. When Easter is finally settled and comfortable in her relationship with Henry, Jax, Henry's ex comes back into the picture. This leaves Henry very torn as he loves Easter but still has feeling for Jax. Easter decides that they should all try a relationship together because she doesn't want to loose Henry and wants him to be happy.

I felt very torn about this book because while I liked it, it is labeled as #1 in a series and there are back stories and sided storied that are alluded to but are never fully explained. It made me feel like I was missing something and should have read other book first. This story was good but it just felt incomplete.

I really liked the character growth and how they were flawed. Their new relationship did not instantly work out. The characters were real. Sometimes selfish, insecure, and hurt. I liked that things didn't magically work out.
