After the previous book, Knife of Dreams feels like a fresh wind of air. Robert Jordan returns to form with an action-packed and well-written story. Like all Wheel of Time books, it has slow moments, but some cool and exciting scenes always seem to counter them. I'm happy to see a couple of long-running storylines finally coming to a conclusion. Egwene is one of the stars of this book, but like so many others, I absolutely love Matt's story.

While I am very excited to continue the story, I am also sad because this was the last book written by Robert Jordan in the series. Thank you, Robert Jordan, for creating this fantastic world full of amazing stories and characters.
