After DNFing Love Hypothesis (I don’t like the teacher-student trope), I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. I ended up LOVING IT though. Such a great story with amazing characters, plot (plot twist that I DID NOT expect), and just a fantastic story line. As a scientist, this was a really great depiction of the life and such a good story to show it

A great STEM novel.
I loved The Love Hypothesis so i was looking forward to reading this one and she didn't disappoint.
Levi Ward!!The man you are.
It's enemies to lovers where she's the only on who thinks of them as enemies.
He falls first and harder.
Bee gets a chance to work on her dream project but she has to work with Levi and she despises him because she thinks that He despises her!
I loved the interactions between them when they were on twitter.
Shmac was sooo good.
I fell in love with that guy.
The way he talks about her!
A great one!
Looking forward to other novels.

Really a 2.5 but I'm disappointed by a lot of things so I'm sadly rounding it down.

This was not it for me. I still really liked the writing, and the fact that the plot is the same as her other books didn't bother me at all (I've been a fanfic reader for 20 years, this is right up my alley). But Bee was really annoying.
She sounded way younger than she was supposed to be imo, and that annoyed me a bit too many times.

I'm also not a fan of the constant male bashing. I understand that this issue is dear to the author but I feel like it was really poorly put to light in this book. I felt like I was reading a parody of social justice for the first 200 so pages.

My finale opinion is that The Love Hypothesis must have been a much more recent work than Love on the brain, and maybe she should have put a bit more time reviewing it before publishing.

This was a great romance that still manages to have a bit of substance to it.  Yes, it did run together with other Hazelwood romances because they are formulaic, but that did not take away from the reading experience for me.  It was sweet, smart, and funny.

Finished Love On The Brain a few days ago and it wasn't as good as TLH but still a decent read. The slow burn was a little too slow for me and there were some parts that were just not-fitting. Bee was stonger as an FMC than Olive but that is not the case with Levi in comparison to Adam. This was a solid one time read that was enjoyable.

This book felt personal to me. I understand that this book is supposed to read as a light hearted rom com. However for me I related a little too closely to Bee and found myself crying on multiple occasions. Like Bee I to an a twin, I have been cheated on, my ex bestfriend has slept with my ex, and the job I love most is a total sauge party 99% of the time. I loved every single page of this book and it has became one of my favourites.

**Mild Spoilers Ahead**

Ok, I almost never write reviews, but I felt like this one needed an explanation for the rating.

First, I did actually really enjoy the story. The whole thing between Bee and Levi had me very interested. And I’m not usually a big “science nerd”, but I enjoyed reading something that wasn’t your standard enemies-to-lovers romance set in a fancy New York office or California dorm rooms or wherever. I liked the little tidbits about Marie Curie and the references to a major project at NASA, even if they weren’t totally accurate (I have no clue, not a science person). And I really loved the way the issues between Bee and Levi sort of slowly fell away into a friendship before becoming more than friends.

However, there were plot points that were way too obvious to me. I figured out the Twitter connection LOOOOOOONG before Bee did. I even realized who the mole was long before Bee did. And those are two of the biggest plot points of the book. I wanted to be surprised by those revelations when they finally clicked for Bee, but I wasn’t.
