I finally understand the hype! Nick and Charlie are the cutest, and this was the perfect read at the perfect time for me. My only regret is not borrowing all the volumes at once from the library because now I have to wait for book 2!

I appreciate everything about this YA LGBTQ+ romance. Nick and Charlie are characters to root for. They stand up for themselves and they are assertive. I appreciate the lessons about sexuality and stereotyping and not being able to tell if someone is gay or straight just by looking at them - thanks Miss. Singh!

I will definitely recommend this series to YA readers and I can't wait to read Vol. 2!

So this is basically a hurt comfort fic & that's lovely. Also this book had some rhetoric of being perceived straight that it actively debunked, which helps explain some of the other romance books I've read. This is the sort of book series y'all read for fun.

Because of the big handwriting I read this book in 13 minutes.

They're kids, and this was basically written by a kid who finally had the things together to get this going circa 21/23 years of age. Basically this book started on Tumblr & I feel that explains a lot.

This feels like a relationship that's kind of built in peace, (seriously this book made me realize how much I've not been allowed to grow in peace), but I'm not sure where the ending was & where the sneak peek started. Like that's important because there was some disharmony towards the end. (If I'd had more nuance there'd be 4.75 stars.)

Actually so mad at myself for letting this sit on my shelf, unread, for so long. Absolute soul-crushing, heart-melting, artfully written and beautifully drawn perfection. Chef’s kiss 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This actually might be the first graphic novel I’ve ever read and now I was 5000 more.

I would’ve read the whole series in one sitting if it hadn’t already been midnight when I picked this up- do yourself a favor and make sure you buy all of them at once because one will NOT be enough!! ❤️❤️❤️

An adorable story about two boys falling for one another. It was a quick read as it’s a graphic novel, but I can’t wait to read the other three!

Oh my gosh I just binged this in one go and oh my gosh why do I want to read all the graphic novels I missed out in my twenties ?! Charlie was such a sweetie and Nick 🥺🥹 my heart 💔❤️‍🩹 such a sweet realization that you may be different from when you were younger and that’s ok! I love Ms. Singh too! Ben can kick rocks and F off.
