This was a great read focusing on mental health and substance abuse. It captures it in a very real way, and doesn’t ignore the fact that both are a lifelong issue that cannot magically be solved.

This tells the story of Charlie who self-harms. Its gritty, raw and painful but there is also hope at the end. This was a bit personal & emotional for me but I'm glad I read this.
