This was basically the entire first book with very little new material. This should have been a short story if she really wanted to share Cas’s POV. Seriously, some of the scenes must have been copy and paste.

If you’re reading this for the first time, read the first few chapters, and then the last few. Just skip everything else.

Retelling of the series from the MMC’s POV. Adds no value.

Disappointed this was just a rehash of the other books with little to no plot progression

This is a good comfort read and something to come back to if you haven’t read the series in a while. If you liked the first book you’re in luck!
