Maybe the only poet I like .
The ideals or concepts of love he uses in his books and perception of life , love , and adventure just are so comforting honestly.

I did enjoy a few of the pieces. The work was relatable, but relatability does not equal poetry (no sarcasm, srs.)

Just too basic to even comment. Cliched. Gross pedestal putting of women, and this is not a good thing…makes it all sound slimy and gross used-car salesman style. Plus the pictures splashed all over were so fucking cringe - even if some of them would have been good in a different context. Completely unnecessary here. I’d skip this if I were you.

If I could give it four and a half stars I would. It's actually a great read and a great perspective on the big and little moments in life we learn to love. If you can't take anything else from Atticus then at least learn that poetry are just words of life. That is how Atticus writes, by reflecting on moments in life to appreciate.

Heard this as an audiobook, which only took about an hour. It was cute, perfect for valentine's week.
Also perfect for my commute back from work.
It's a cutesy collection of poems, but it isn't anything that surprising. Some of them were too short and felt more like thoughts than actual poetry, but I'm no expert to judge what is poetry and what is not sense I don't read much of it anyway.
But some of the poems were very sweet, and I enjoyed hearing it all put together, it felt like just one thing. And the audiobook narrator was awesome, I liked his voice a lot.

atticus did it again; he left me breathless with his words and spoke directly to my soul. every time i read his poems, i feel known.

his writing shines a spotlight on the magic in moments of simplicity—like a quiet night catching lightening bugs, a first kiss, or an unforgettable conversation filled with wisdom from your grandfather. they seem insignificant, but as you read 'love her wild' you realize how life-defining they truly are.

atticus is know for being the most tattoo-able and instagram-able poet, and while 'love her wild' features some of instagram's favorites ('i hope to arrive to my death late, in love, and a little drunk'), atticus also includes some new, beautiful prose that brought me to tears and will surely have you remembering lost love, yearning for someone you have yet to meet, or planning your next adventure.

if you're anything like me, 'love her wild' will make you smile, laugh, think, and move you to tears. it's a must-have collection of poetry for the wild dreamer who still believes in magic.

" Sometimes
I want a quiet life
other times
I want to go
a little bit
fucking Gatsby."

Favorite poetry collection I've had the pleasure to read this far. Particularly part 3 was amazing.
