This is a good book, but, ultimately I realize is not for me. It is good if you have to study physics, but I do not. Therefore, I am going to quietly take this down from my shelf, and give it to someone else to enjoy.

This was an awesome book, especially if you're interested in physics. The book is basically a simple explanation of how different superheroes could, in real life, be able to use their superpowers with a little help from physics. If you're a little shy about math, don't worry, as the author has kept the difficult math to a minimum. This is definately one your kids should read (as well as yourself) in order to get them interested in physics.

Cool information, but felt too much like a college textbook at times... it was a little too smart for me haha

I neither understood nor liked physics in high school and college, but this book was fascinating.

It was so much fun to read and it made me appreciate the math. I re-listen to sections of this book in order to follow along with the math in my head.

If this had been my physics textbook, physics may have been my favorite subject!

I bought this book hoping it would be a lot about physics or a lot about comic books. It was a little bit of both and not much of either.

It covered a lot of books I was familiar with and many I had not, but I felt the style was drawn out. I understand they were going over the most basic elements of physics but I still remembered how to calculate acceleration and the most basic aspects of Newtonian physics.

Additionally, his sense of humor was aggravating. It was the same sense of humor that was annoying in person in my high school and college classes, and proved even more annoying when having to read it.

Very engaging style, with excellent examples that are helpful for visualizing some of the more difficult concepts. It's definitely I book I will reference again in my classroom.

Funny and insightful. I learned all sorts of fabulous stuff about physics and comic book superheroes (even though I still don’t completely understand all of the physics concepts), and got a lot of good chuckles in the process.

I really liked this book, but I won't lie and say I completely understood all the physics. Still a fun read though.
