All I knew was how good it felt to be with her this way…to be the man she saw when she looked at me, not the one I saw when I looked at myself.

❤️ First book in a series of five
❤️ First Person Dual POV
❤️ Single dad
❤️ Age gap
❤️ Boss’ daughter / family friends
❤️ She’s the part-time nanny
❤️ Family business; FMC wants to strike out on her own
❤️ ‘Good girl’ 😏
❤️ MC growth; commitment issues, past relationship trauma, self worth, siblings bonds.
❤️ Grand gesture (the kids get involved 🥹)
❤️ Epilogue

⚠️ Infidelity (past relationship), abandonment, medical trauma/content (heart condition/ surgeries in past), pregnancy, toxic past relationship.

This is a quick and fun read. While the age gap and nanny tropes are generally not my thing, this book did them well. I enjoy reading Mack and Frannie’s story. Honorable mention to Mack’s adorable kids. I really enjoy Melanie Harlow’s work. I would recommend!
