This was an incredible collection that covered a wide range of themes. I loved that so many of the stories were queer, rooted in social commentary, and focused on everyday people. I also really appreciated the blurb at the end of each story where the author spoke about how Ursula K. Le Guin's work influenced and inspired their own writing. Overall, it's an incredible tribute and I look forward to delving deeper in both Le Guin and the collected authors' works.

My favorite stories in the collection were: "The Night Bazaar for Women Becoming Reptiles" by Rachael K. Jones, "Black as Thread" by Jessie Kwak, "Old Souls" by Fonda Lee, "The Ones Who Don't Walk Away" by Rene Denfeld, "Birds" by Benjamin Parzybok, "The Way Things Were" by Jonah Barrett, and "Valuable" by Mo Daviau.
