Now THAT was a twist I didn’t expect(eeked out is an understatement). If I’d been reading it in physical book form,I’d want to boil it.

Listened to it on 1.5 speed.I’m not sure if it’s the writing or the voice actor’s reading pace, but if it’s on normal speed I zone out within 5 minutes.Speeding it up turned it into a straight-through listen.

I did. not enjoy the twist, definitely killed the story for me. Made it hard to rank the book. I like Alice feeney as an author but this just wasn’t it.
