I appreciated the complex world that has been created here, even though none of the aspects were particularly fleshed out. The story itself ploughed along easily enough with some nice unexpected turns. The main issue I had with this story was the relationship between Blue and the pirate, which felt forced and unnecessary and really bogged the story down in places.
I’m glad I read it, but I’m also glad I borrowed it. Will look out for book 2 as there was enough here to keep me interested.

This is a good, enjoyable and entertaining sci-fi book.
I like the world building and the plot. The characters were well written and I liked them.
Unfortunately I'm not a fan of explicit erotica that I find a bit boring and there were too many sex scene that I skipped.
I will surely read the next instalment.
