Actual rating: 3.75 — I didn’t enjoy this one quite as much as the first but still a good and fun read! I just wasn’t able to connect to Zoe and Caleb as much and their relationship. I appreciate certain ways they went about things but also the lacking communication at parts was a little annoying. I love the texting banter that continues to be a thing in each book and how they get on with each other. Seeing the background Caleb has and what his “home” life is like made me feel so bad for him and I think Zoe really helped him move on in a way and push him to realize some things. Overall a fast paced and quick read.

Great book. Some of the story line felt like a stretch. Not as much banter between the 2 main characters as the first book but still enjoyable. Again only told through 1 POV but still enjoyable.
