I really enjoyed the last witch series, this book has a great story however I was a little uncomfortable at times with the spicy scenes and the lack of consent

I like a good dark romance, but this had absolutely no trigger warnings - starts out the first page with pretty descriptive child neglect/abuse and by 10% we have descriptive sexual/physical assault as well as our FMC reliving memories of hearing a family member be SAd and murdered.... 

It's a no for me, dawg. I'm out. 

The premise sounded really interesting, but I just can't make this work. Cause if this is 10% in, who knows how much worse it will get.
