Animal Stories Book 19 but only the fourth I have read, and the score check is Dogs #2 Cats #2 - the Cats tie it up as this one involves grand theft meow as a cat gets catnapped and all sorts of trouble and grief comes into play. What drama!! Anyway another reasonable story with lashings of cuteness and sentimentality.

I love how the author dips seamlessly into the puppy's point of view throughout the story. It makes the telling affective and effective.
