Spice was amazing! The story went around and was fine. I wish they would have dealt a little more about the fact that Nate was also SA’d

I’ve been in a bit of a slump, with a few DNFs in a row. I saw this book on Instagram, and it seemed like the perfect book to pull me out of my slump. It wasn’t the greatest or most well written book, but it was everything I needed.

This was a good book with a lot of steam. I don’t normally like books where the MCs hook up with other people outside of their relationship, but this one didn’t bother me. I guess it’s because they each knew about what the other was up to, so it didn’t feel like cheating.

I think my biggest issue with this book was the constant repetition of details (I.e. who Alex was or that he was a silent partner in the sex clubs/business). There were a few things where the author would explain something then repeat the exact same thing the next chapter. It could use a thorough editing, which would make it so much better.
