This was honestly very eye opening. It's absolutely sickening how the occupied settlers treat Palestinians and the faulty systems Ahed Tamimi had ro go through as a child. It's amazing to learn about her journey with activism and protesting for her people and her home Palestine.

Never has a book been so important at this moment and yet I don’t have words to describe the horrors and tragedy that Ahed has seen in her young life. Yet despite all the pain and suffering she’s witness, her strong and determination is amazing.  Spending eight months in a prison only causes her beliefs and determination to grow.

I wanted to read a book from a Palestinian’s point of view and this book was a tough read but I leaned a lot while reading.
