This book was a quick read and I enjoyed the inspiration from Pride and Prejudice! I also quite enjoyed Fitz's character and the slow reveals we had. I really struggled with Elle's character. I would have appreciated a lot more growth from her and far sooner. I felt the Lizzie Bennett vibes lacking in a lot of her decision-making which was difficult. I really enjoyed the beginning of the book and the set up, the middle lagged for me in bits, and the end felt wrapped up pretty quickly for a short book. Overall it was an enjoyable quick read!
